Discount Schedule 

• Emmaus Road Publishing Titles: Flat rate of 40% off, regardless of quantity 
• Non-ERP Titles: Flat rate of 25% off, regardless of quantity 

Customers who wish to purchase 100 or more copies of the same title should reach out to Customer Service for additional discounts. 

Damages and Shortages

Please call or email Customer Service as soon as possible.  For damages, please retain the original packaging.  Damage and shortage claims must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt.   

Returns 

Returns are accepted within 6 months from date of invoice. Please call or email Customer Service to obtain an authorization number and return instructions. Number must appear on the outside of the package to be accepted. Merchandise must be in excellent, resalable condition. Free restocking if returned within the first 60 days; 20% restocking fee if returned after the first 60 days. DVDs and CDs are non-returnable. 

Shipping 

We strive to process all orders within two business days, but this timeframe may vary during peak seasons. Quoted shipping times do not account for processing time – you will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. We recommend using an expedited shipping method for time-sensitive orders. Please note that ground carrier 2-day, 3-day, and overnight options may not include Saturday delivery.   

International orders containing pre-ordered or backordered items will not ship until all items are available. 

Non-Delivered Orders 

Orders should generally arrive within the time frame stated for your chosen shipping method (note: quoted shipping times do not account for processing time). If one week has passed following the expected delivery date, please email us at customerservice@stpaulcenter.com for assistance. Customers must report non-delivered orders within 4 weeks of the original shipping date in order to receive a replacement or refund. 

Dropshipping 

The St. Paul Center does not offer dropshipping services.
