Refund policy

Returns of physical merchandise are accepted within the following timeframes from the ship date: 

• Individual Customers – within 30 days
• Parish/Non-Profit Accounts – within 90 days (20% restocking fee applicable)
• Re-seller Accounts – within 180 days (20% restocking fee applicable, unless returned within 60 days) 

Merchandise must be in excellent, resalable condition in order for a refund to be issued. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  

To return your order, please email Customer Service to obtain an authorization number and return instructions. When returning your item, the authorization number must appear on the outside of the package to be accepted.   

Note: Subscription products are non-refundable. CDs and DVDs are non-returnable.
